Jeremy Lincoln is a visionary leader and the driving force behind IKON Partners. As the founder and principal, he brings a wealth of experience, blending his decade-long career in the NFL with deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and business management for professional athletes and entertainers.

​Mr. Lincoln was drafted in the third round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears, where he spent five seasons before continuing his professional career with the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, and Detroit Lions. Over the course of his 10-year tenure in the NFL, he established himself as a dynamic competitor and respected leader, ultimately retiring in 2001.

​Transitioning seamlessly from professional sports into the business world, Mr. Lincoln took on a management role with Legacy Growth Partners (LGP), a firm dedicated to connecting athletes with lucrative and sustainable business ventures. His expertise in real estate and corporate partnerships further expanded during his tenure as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he specialized in tenant and owner representation in the highly competitive New York City market.

​Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Lincoln is deeply committed to philanthropy and community impact. He is the founder of the Jeremy Lincoln Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving communities in Toledo, Ohio, and Miami, Florida, by providing resources and opportunities for youth development and empowerment. His contributions to sports and society have earned him the prestigious University of Tennessee “Living Legend” Honor, celebrating his legacy both on and off the field.
